I order the mango dragon fruit with lemonade all the time dragon fruit pieces on the side for some odd reason the dragon fruit pieces are always wet in I know they suppose to be dry so I threw them away waste of money but I’m not eating nothing wet I know suppose to be dry.

7:00pm August 21st 2026, I couldn't get the ladies name but your staff are rude and didn't listen to orders properly. I didn't know what engagement prior to taking my order was so important and your voice was low through the speaker but the whole drink is wrong!? I got to the window and the staff was rude and snarky, this is actually my last time giving y'all a chance. The one in Livonia will be my new stop. I'm going to submit feedback on proper customer interaction care

Okay, so I have been going to the Starbucks off and on for the last 5 yrs. I never have an issue. I have been consistently going for the last 3 months at least 2 times a week. The staff never misses my drink is always made correctly and amazing!!! Today i tried something different, couldn’t help but post a pic not only was the drink good it was also aesthetically pleasing.

The worst customer service, rude, slow and the store was dirty. It's always like slow at this place. They need to be retainined and get some better employees that want to come to work.

The employee there has a nasty attitude, I was there ordering and I asked about the energy refresher drinks, I get to the window he tells me I ordered a regular refresher, my mother even heard me, then I asked him can I get the energy refresher drinks he looked at me like are you serious, an stared at me with blank face instead of try to accommodate me. I really didn't appreciate it I would have paid the difference it didn't matter but the stare in his face like he didn't want to do it very terrible customer service
